Cheryl Hines

Cheryl Ruth Hines grew up near Tallahassee located in Florida. She was born in Miami Beach on September 21 1964, to Rosemary (Graham), and James Hines. She went to West Virginia University, Florida State University and later graduated from the University of Central Florida. She was a theater and TV production. But it was not until after she relocated from Los Angeles and studied at the Groundlings Theater that she felt she had really learned anything regarding comedy. Her first instructor was Lisa Kudrow. The class also taught her how to write comedy and come up with sketches. The lessons learned helped help her prepare for her character of Larry David's spouse in HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000). Since dialogue is usually improvised for situation comedy it's a homecoming for her. In the Groundlings Theater is where she performs when time allows. Cheryl Cheryl Cheryl
